GREAT BEND, Kan. – Golden Belt Community Foundation (GBCF) provides local high school and college students with a free scholarship application review process. Last year the Foundation awarded over $70,000 to students in Barton, Pawnee, Rush, and Stafford counties.

The deadline for all available scholarships is March 15, 2021. Some funds are designated for students that are not receiving substantial financial aid, which cannot be determined until after colleges, high schools, or merit-based scholarships have been awarded.
