Nov. 11th Veterans Activities

Check out all the Veterans Day Activities, traditional Flag Retirement Ceremony, and other local Veteran’s Day activities going on in our community on Monday, November 11th: •Vets Breakfast at Annie Mae's 8 - 10 a.m. Free to all Vets! 

•Ellinwood High School History Club “Veterans Day Assembly” at 10:00 a.m. at the EHS New Gym. Brunch for Vets served at 9:30 a.m. in high school commons area. •Veterans Day Flag Retirement Ceremony Monday, Nov. 11th at 5:30 pm. The American Legion Post will be holding their flag retirement ceremony in addition to honoring our local veterans and the Scout of the Year. Afterwards, join them at the Legion for chili, corn bread, and chipped beef gravy (SOS) to those in attendance. {The Auxiliary will be selling Buddy Poppies during this event} Join us in celebrating our Vets!
