Freezer Meal Prep Parties hosted by Ellinwood Hospital and Clinic

Learn how to easily prepare meals that can feed a family quickly for those busy weeknights. Parties are based around the protein in the meals. Limited space is available. You must register for each class individually.

Each of these 3 classes will start at 1 pm in the Education Room at Ellinwood Hospital and Clinic.

• Taco Chili & Cornbread Topping (4 servings)

• Beef & Garden Veggie Soup (6 servings)

• Beef Roast & Carrots (8 servings)

• Brown Sugar Meatloaf (6 servings)

• March 24 - Chicken - $35

• Chicken Enchiladas (6 servings)

• Chicken and Black Bean Chili (6 servings)

• Chicken Fajitas (4 servings)

• Shredded BBQ Chicken (7 servings)

• March 31 - Pork - $35

• Spicy Sausage and Veggie Soup (10 servings)

• Ham and Broccoli Calzones (7 servings)

• Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs (6 servings)

• Cranberry Pork Roast (6 servings)

4 meals will be made per party. Cost is based on the cost of groceries, does not include side dishes. Beef and pork from Ellinwood Packing Plant.
