When did you guys come to Ellinwood for Business?

We have been a satellite clinic in Ellinwood for almost 3 years! Their main clinic is in Great Bend on McKinley Street.

What makes your business unique?

Their clinic offers both appointments and walk-ins to take care of small animal needs. They offer free house calls in the City of Ellinwood. They also offer vaccines and other needs such as a dog or cat food. If they don’t have it at the Ellinwood clinic, then she can get it from the main clinic to save their clients a trip.

Briefly describe your career path.

Casey's career path has been an extensive one in the human medical field for 33 years. She also grew up on a ranch in Montana, so she has been around large and small animals most of her life. Casey and her husband Alan have their own cow-calf operation at home. He manages a 30,000-head feed yard south of Ellinwood - Barton County Feeders.

What do you like to do in your free time in Ellinwood?

We have 5 grown children and 11 grandchildren. We enjoy spending time with our family. Casey enjoys spending some of her free time at Gather and visiting while enjoying their great coffee! She also likes to go to N’Bloom to see what fun arrangements they can come up with and enjoy looking at all of their sparkly items. Casey enjoys attending continual education classes that Dr. Catherine Strecker puts on. She enjoys visiting family and/or friends at Ellinwood Country Living. And last but not least, Casey visits Dr. Sauer to get fixed up! She really doesn't have a lot of free time, but she has loved Ellinwood’s extravagant welcome since first coming here in 2005.

The Ellinwood clinic is open Tuesdays and Thursdays, and who wouldn't want to stop by to see friendly faces like these!? They offer FREE house calls within the Ellinwood city limits.
