When did your business startup?

We started Extreme Ice in the spring of 2017.

What makes your business unique?

We produce customized and flavorful shaved ice and we are one of a kind in our community!

Briefly describe your career path?

I am the Superintendent of USD 355 Ellinwood Public Schools. Extreme Ice was created as a side venture/hobby in an attempt to provide the community with a place to enjoy cool treats through the Spring and Summer seasons.

What do you like to do in your free time in Ellinwood?

I enjoy spending time with my family and coaching my twins in a myriad of sports. I'm also a fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, baseball, golf, and personal finance.
