Voice of Kansas City Chiefs Mitch Holthus to Speak in Great Bend June 1st

The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development is excited to welcome a special guest, Mitch Holthus - voice of the Kansas City Chiefs - to Great Bend on Thursday, June 1st for the inaugural Inspire Speaker Series. Mitch is a native of Smith Center, Kansas and is passionate about the future of our state. His keynote address will include elements to both inspire and propel the audience in business, in life, and in community. Using examples from the Chiefs franchise, Mitch will share concepts to encourage a thriving community around three main topics - Connect, Create, Courage.

The public is invited to purchase tickets for the after hours event, which will include heavy hors d’oeuvres and networking starting at 5 p.m. at Stoneridge Country Club, followed by a keynote from Holthus at 5:45 p.m. Cost per person is $20, and tickets can be reserved on the Chamber’s website:

Not only will Holthus be speaking Thursday evening, he’ll also be staying to play in the Chamber’s 12th Annual Gary Gore Memorial Golf Tournament the following day, June 2nd at 9 a.m. The 4-man scramble includes top-notch player hospitality, hole contest, sponsored beverage cart, patio party, and chances to win thousands of dollars in prizes.
