Ellinwood transforms into an authentic German holiday village brimming with traditional Christmas activities at the Annual Christkindlmarket. The roots of its German heritage run deep in the community that was settled by Germans in the late 1800s.

We invite you and your family to our 10th Annual Christkindlmarket. Every year on the first Sunday of December, Ellinwood transforms into an authentic German holiday village. Christmas activities start at 1 pm, join local Merchants, Vendors, for holiday shopping.

 

Our Ellinwood School/Community Library will be hosting a decorate a Gingerbread House with the Ellinwood KAY Club at the Library, Cookies by the Pound, Photos with Sankt Nikolaus at the Museum of Ellinwood, along with shopping our Main Street Merchants & Vendors at the Historic Wolf Hotel, Kansas Earth and Sky Candle Store & Gather.

 

So many wonderful activities for the whole family! End the day south of Wolf Park at the Fire Pit for our Raffle Drawing at 5:30 pm. We hope you can join us downtown Ellinwood Sunday, Dec. 4th, 2022!
